1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within a reasonable time before preparation or dispatch. Once the food has been prepared or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in cases where the order was not delivered, was significantly delayed, or there was a genuine issue with the quality of food. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for issues arising due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, unavailability at the delivery location, or personal taste preferences.

4. Subscription / Tiffin Plans
For tiffin plans, refunds are generally not applicable once the plan has started. In special cases, partial adjustments may be considered depending on the situation.

5. PG Accommodation
For PG bookings, advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Any refund or adjustment will depend on prior notice and mutual agreement.

6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time through the original mode of payment or another suitable method.

7. Policy Updates
